I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or the life they thought they’d have. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or patterns they’re ready to change.

I became a therapist because I believe people heal best when they feel truly seen and supported. I’m drawn to helping others make sense of hard experiences and find steadier ground during seasons of change.
