I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where teen girls can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier patterns in relationships and daily life.

Explore emotional patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others. We’ll focus on increasing clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.

Warm, attentive, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel understood, not judged, and appreciate a space that feels grounding, thoughtful, and supportive.

Feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in familiar relationship patterns, or disconnected from their sense of self. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or low confidence and want support that feels steady, compassionate, and thoughtful.

I believe early life experiences shape emotional patterns, self-worth, and relationships. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I wanted to create a space where teen girls feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

I provide in-person sessions in Summerlin and virtual sessions across Nevada. I offer flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
