I am passionate about working with folks that are navigating life stressors, struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relational issues as well as many other life challenges. I am also dedicated to working with LGBTQ+ youth and adults.

I am dedicated to advocating and de-stigmatizing mental health issues among underrepresented communities by creating a safe and supportive environment for people of all intersecting backgrounds.
